Releasing Resentment & Embracing Vitality
3 Saturdays – September 7, 14, 21
9 am – 12 pm
Science has found that forgiveness is a powerful tool that improves physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Yet, many people are confused about what forgiveness is and how to do it.
Virtually everyone has experienced being hurt by the words or actions of another. Maybe your mother-in-law has criticized your parenting, you were wounded by a break-up, abused as a child, or had a colleague sabotage you at work. When we have been hurt – either physically or emotionally – it is very easy to get stuck in fantasies of revenge or bury ourselves in resentment. While such responses give us the illusion of power, they ultimately rob us of the peace and vitality we need to move forward in life.
This series will offer you the opportunity to:
- Release negative energy and generate more joy
- Let go of anger and resentment and improve your relationships
- Reduce Stress and Anxiety – be calmer, healthier, and happier
- Regain self-confidence
- Reclaim your power and create the life you want to live
“Not to forgive is like drinking poison and waiting for your enemies to die.”
