Our Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) Program is an extremely effective experiential tool for team and leadership development. No experience with horses is necessary and there is no riding. Through an array of EAL activities, participants share a bonding experience and gain a better understanding of themselves and others. Being outdoors in a natural setting while working with horses and other equines creates an atmosphere in which rigid roles are left at the office and defensiveness is reduced. Prior to your workshop we will conduct a needs assessment to use as input for the workshop design. Based on the workshop experience, a post-workshop action plan will be developed for implementation in the workplace so you can leverage team strengths and make improvements toward greater effectiveness and success as a team and organization.
